They are lucky they are the only real hardware store in town but I went a couple of weeks ago and their parking lot was a mess with carts everywhere so no one could park. But in the store 0 carts, of course if no one pick them up the situation will remain the same all the time. Have to precise anywhere I go I put back the carts where they belong! Also when you asked one of their staff where are the items they don’t give you the area except if you ask them to precise, my last question answer was “por alla” (over there) showing me half of the store. Also they had items EVERYWHERE in the store the carts couldn’t circulate. The service has never been great there but it is becoming worst.

Worst Customer Service in all of Mexico. The store is tiny with poor inventory and most of the employees are atrocious in communication and problem solving. It's like they have no experience or training what so ever.

WARNING TO US CUSTOMERS!! We bought two locks for our Airbnb rentals and they both didn’t work properly so we took them back to exchange and if you don’t have a receipt YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE!! I even offered them the credit card transaction off a bank statement. This is not what happens in the states. You are better off supporting a smaller store in Mexico in my opinion.

This is a great store and has the things you'd expect to find. Not as big an assortment as you'd find in a US store, for example, outdoor furniture, BBQ's, appliances, outdoor furnishings, but it is certainly doable for a local Cabo Home Depot. We haven't been to the La Paz store yet, which may be larger due to it being located in a major city with a considerably higher population. Remember, prices are in pesos. I also found the service good in the Paint Dept with staff coming up asking if I needed help. Google Translate recommended if you don't speak Spanish. Currently due to Covid they are implementing safety measures. You must wear a mask, and temperature is taken.

I have been to this store many times, if I don’t need anything to complicated, where I go in and find it myself, no problems. The checkout staff are friendly and reasonable efficient. If you are looking for something that requires assistance, the service isn’t good. While I admit some of the problem is related to my poor use of Spanish, trying to use a translation app will almost always get a ‘No’ response. Basically, if you can’t find what you need, go to another hardware store because they rarely will help you find anything. Two additional notes, the prices are more than other stores, and forget about returning an item unless you have all day.
